Learn and practice, in depth, all nine VISION54 Human Skills of the Game.
You will learn and practice all 9 Human Skills in depth. You will learn how to create a peak performance state in the Play Box, how to make a decision and commit to it, how to manage your self-talk, and how to manage your emotions while playing. Each day will include a mixture of presentations, practice and on course assignments and coaching. (hdcp: 30 to low hcp & elite / juniors age 14+)
